Until they prove to me their keno machines have at least a 92 percent payback, I wont go back. The place should be shut down, but, people consider losing money as enrertainment even though they cant afford groceries or rent. Now, you couldnt win if you put $10,000 dollars through a machine. They removed the quarter multicard machines around the rome bar after the pandemic probably because I won thousands on those machines.
The sad thing is it wasnt always that way. I shudder to think what their computer slot machines are set at. They have no accountability since they are on Indian land even though they have a crepe paper gaming authority. If you cant hit a five spot playing 20 card keno with 100 dollars spent, you are simply being robbed of your money. I can say without hesitation that Winstar must be setting their video keno at 88 percent and probably much lower.
Having lived in las vegas for 20 years I knew slot techs who showed me the percentage of payout on nickel keno machines and the average payout is 92 percent. Investigate this place for highway robbery.
