The lady I was speaking to repeated several times “There is no Covid” which we find bizarre. I have just managed to get through to the pub to be told quite rudely we could not change the date and the money had been taken out today as we have not given 7 days notice. The money was taken out of my account today, with no response to my email or message. I was going to ask if we could change the date for when we were no longer infectious. I was not given the information that we had to cancel seven days prior to our stay or we would be charged. I tried to ring this pub 10 times with no answer, emailed them and sent a message through Facebook to say that it was not appropriate for us to come as we were infectious.
